Refund policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Return Requests
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Please contact our support team at support@differenceonlineshop.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We may ask for a photo of the item as part of the return process.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom nature of certain products, we do not accept returns for items ordered in error or due to change of mind.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us with your order details.
